At Ciena, we strive to foster an inclusive culture where we can all belong. Our employee resource groups engage our people in the diversity of cultures and traditions represented by our global workforce. We encourage our teams to take our conscious inclusion training workshops and we also survey our people annually to gauge how we're doing and where we can improve.
